Customer Service Advisor

Duron Equipment is hiring a Customer Service Advisor in our Winnipeg location.
We are looking for a customer-focused, sales oriented, task driven individual.

The Customer Service Advisor is a front-line, customer-facing role that blends proactive service sales with warranty repairs and scheduling. You’ll play a critical role in maximizing our customer experience, promoting service solutions, and ensuring compliance with warranty claims-all while coordinating repairs for construction equipment.
This requires an individual with excellent interpersonal skills to actively engage with customers and thrives in a process-driven environment. You will work closely with a team to ensure team success.
Skills required:

Service Technician/Diesel Engine Mechanic

Duron Equipment Inc has an immediate opening for Service Technician / Diesel Engine Mechanics in all Duron locations. We are paying top industry wages for top performance and experience. Technicians at Duron are expected to provide accurate diagnosis and quality repairs to a variety of construction/compact equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in the field and have a Red Seal designation in Diesel Engine Mechanics, Agriculture Equipment Technician, or Truck & Transport Mechanics. Consideration will also be given to those with applicable apprenticeship training or years of experience in the field.
